Project NOLA is expanding its network of crime cameras beyond the city of New Orleans.

Video from the cameras is often used to help police solve crimes.  In fact, it is often shown on WGNO News as part of our Wheel of Justice or other crime reports.

In a statement regarding the move, Project NOLA’s Executive Director Bryan Lagarde said, “A modified version of our crime camera network, our Phase II expansion will allow other communities who have reached out to us to experience the success of our New Orleans crime camera program.”

Anyone interested in getting one of the cameras can call 504-298-9117.
