On Sunday, July 25 2010, at 12:00am, the victim, 27 y/o W/M, was
standing in the 200 block of Bourbon when he was approached by an
unknown black male. The suspect grabbed the victim’s cell phone from
his hand then fled on foot on Bourbon toward Esplanade, then
unknown.



The suspect is described as a black male, 5’08”, bald head, dark
complexion, wearing a black shirt and black pants.
