On Thursday, July 22, 2010, at 11:54pm, the victim, 30 y/o W/F, was
walking in the 1100 block of Dauphine when she was approached by an
unknown black male riding a small BMX style bicycle. The suspect
produced a pistol and demanded the victim’s purse. The victim
complied and the suspect fled on the bicycle on Gov Nicholls toward N
Rampart, then unknown.



The suspect is described as a black male, thin build, shoulder length
twists, wearing a black t-shirt.
