On Thursday, July 22 2010, at 10:15pm, the victim, 53 y/o W/F, was
standing in the 700 block of N Rampart when she was approached by two
unknown black males on a bicycle. One suspect grabbed the victim’s
purse. The suspects then fled on the bicycle on St Peter toward N
Claiborne, then unknown.



The suspects are described as two black males, both in their early
teens, one wearing a white t-shirt.
