On Thursday, July 15, 2010, at 10:08pm, the victim, W/M, was walking
in the 500 block of St Louis when he was approached by an unknown
black male. The suspect demanded money. The victim refused and the
suspect struck the victim and then fled on foot on St Philip toward N
Rampart, then unknown.



Responding Officers, with the aid of a concerned citizen, apprehended
the suspect, Alan Cousin, B/M, 7-03-73. Additional information on this
arrest and/or any subsequent prosecution can be obtained via the
