On Tuesday, June 15, 2010, at 10:39am, the victim, 41 y/o W/M, was
inside of 439 Dauphine when he became involved in a verbal argument
with an unknown black male. The victim left the bar and was followed
by the suspect. The suspect then produced a box cutter and cut the
victim.



Responding Officers apprehended the suspect, Lionel Foster, B/M,
10-16-75. Additional information on this arrest and/or any subsequent
