On Tuesday, August 17, 2010, at 5:10am, the victim, 36 y/o W/M, was
sleeping behind the World Trade Center, 2 Canal, when he was
approached by a white male. The suspect struck the victim in the face
with a board. The suspect then fled the area on foot.



Responding officers apprehended the suspect, Robert Miller, W/M,
7-29-63. Additional information on this arrest and/or any subsequent
