Sex Crimes Detectives Investigate a Sexual Assault
New Orleans - The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a sexual assault by an acquaintance of a 20-year-old female. The offense occurred on November 11, 2010, in the 2800 block of
Eagle Street, at approximately 3:00 A.M.
According to investigators, the victim was in need of a place to stay temporarily when she was brought to the subject’s residence by her ex-boyfriend. The subject agreed to allow the victim to stay at his residence while her ex-boyfriend searched for a job. Subsequently, the subject sexually assaulted the victim while they were at the residence.
Currently, detectives are in the process of investigating the offense and can be reached at 658-5521.
