Missing Person
New Orleans – The New Orleans Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 56-year-old Leonard Smith, reported missing since Wednesday, November 3, 2010 from the A and D Adult Residential Care,
3081 Elmwood Par Drive.
According to investigators, Smith was last seen by his nurse entering a cab to go to a place of business on
Prytania Street. The nurse advised that Mr. Smith did not return to the location by 11:00 P.M., which is the facility curfew. The nurse advised that she has not seen or heard from him since. The nurse advised that Mr. Smith is in need of his medication and has missed his last two dosages.
Leonard Smith was described as an African-American male, approximately 6 foot tall, 150 pounds, with short black hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, royal blue T shirt, gray hooded jacket and white athletic shoes.
Anyone with information that can help locate Leonard Smith should contact the New Orleans Police Department at 821-2222 or the Fourth District Station at 658-6040.
