On Friday, August 20, 2010 about 12:04am, the victim stated she was in
the 3100 block of Marais sitting inside her friend’s truck. The
victim and her friend began to drive off in the truck and at this time
the arrested subject began to shoot at them.

Arrested:
Keiare Richard b/f 2-05-1990

Fifth District Detectives are actively investigating this case.
