HOMICIDE 100 BLOCK OF ELIZA

On 03/20 at 0040hrs, Fourth District Officers responded to an
aggravated battery by shooting at the above location. Upon arrival,
officers observed the victim lying faced down, suffering from multiple
gunshot wounds. Victim was pronounced at the scene.

822-1111.

ARMED ROBBERY 3700 BLOCK OF RUE ANDREE

On 03/18 at 1840hrs, victim was walking at the above location, at
which time he was approached by an unknown black Lincoln, possibly a
Town Car. Subject exited the vehicle and stated "give me ya money!",
at which time he produced a chrome revolver. Victim handed the subject
an envelope containing raffle tickets and then the subject reached
into the victim's pocket and grabbed his cellphone. Subject fled the
location inside the vehicle.

Subject described as a black male, dark complexion, shoulder length
dreadlocks, tattoo on neck in cursive writing, red shorts, white t-
shirt, Yankees hat

ARMED ROBBERY 4300 BLOCK OF WOODLAND

On 03/15 at 2021hrs, Fourth District officers responded to an armed
robbery in progress. Upon arrival, officers observed three unknown
black male subjects inside the store wearing dark clothing and masks
over their face. subjects fled out of the rear door.

subjects Dwayne Stovall B/M 03/28/89; Justin Wilson B/M 02/17/90; and
Gergory Surtain B/M 02/02/92 were arrested and booked accordingly.

There is a scam involving subjects selling magazines door to door.
They collect money, but no magazine is ever delivered. Please call the
police if you become suspicious and we will investigate.

On 3/06 at 2000hrs, victim and subject were at the victim's residence,
at which time the subject grabbed a metal pot and struck the victim in
the head with it. subject then began stabbing the victim and fled the
scene.

subject Nicholas Carmouche W/M 02/04/1991 was charged and arrested for
this
incident. Additional information on this arrest and/or subsequent
prosecution
