Members of the 3rd District Narcotics Unit concluded an three week
long investigation into illegal narcotics trafficking in the Lakeview
Area with the arrest of Douglas Walker, W/M DOB 10/28/88 and Jack
Oescher, W/M, DOB 8/31/89. The Detectives conducted surveillances of
the arrested subject gaining valuable information on their narcotics
sales.

On Wednesday, July 7th, 2010, the detectives executed a search warrant
in the 5400 block of Milne Blvd. There the detectives effected the
arrest of both subjects and recovered approximately 2 ½ pounds of high
grade hydroponic marijuana, $936.00 in cash, and several hundred
dollars worth of drug paraphernalia. Both suspects lived the 5400
block of Milne Blvd. Oescher is on currently on probation for
distribution of marijuana.
