On Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010 at around 6:26 P.M., the victim answered a
knock on his home's front door in the 8900 block of Marks Street, and
observed a known 16 year-old b/m juvenile acquaintance on his front
porch who asked to be let into his house so that he could roll a
marijuana cigarette. The victim refused and told the acquaintance to
leave, to which he pulled a blue-steel revolver from his waistband and
again demanded to be let into the victim's house. The victim slammed
his home's door shut and the acquaintance told the victim that he was
going to kill him; the victim them telephoned the police. Responding
Officers apprehended and arrested the juvenile in the 4100 block of
Hamilton Street, who was charged in the above offense.
