The New Orleans Police Department's Third District is asking for your
help in locating Ms. Dulcie Scott (B/F 08-27-1948), who went missing
on Monday, June 21st, 2010 at around 10:00 AM., when she was having
breakfast with her friend at her residence in the 5700 block of Eads
Street, when she went to get something out of her vehicle, but never
returned. When her friend went to check on her, she found Ms. Scott's
car unoccupied, but Ms. Scott nowhere in sight. According to Ms.
Scott's friend, she has prior mental health issues and recently
switched medications to one that causes her to hallucinate. Ms. Scott
is 61 years old, 5'9" tall, weighing 135 lbs., with a thin build,
brown complexion, and was last seen wearing a gray Saints t-shirt,
blue jeans and brown sandals and has a last known address of 2211
D'Abadie Street.

If you know the whereabouts of Ms. Scott, or have any further
information, please contact the Third District at 658-6030. You may
