On Tuesday, June 15th, 2010 at around 8:45 P.M., a customer pulled
into the drive-thru window of Rally's, 4400 block of Chef Menteur
Highway, and attempted to place an order, but had trouble doing so.
This customer, who was now irate, pulled up to the window and began
shouting profanities at the manager. The manager informed the subject
that she was not going to serve him because of his language/behavior,
closed the window and walked away, at which time the subject produced
a silver, semi-automatic handgun and pointed it at the victim, who was
another employee. The customer (described as a b/m subject, weighing
200-215 lbs, with a brown complexion, with short gray hair, wearing a
white shirt, driving a two door late model white pickup truck) then
drove away.
If you have any further information on this incident or suspect,
