On Monday, November 22, 2010 at approximately 6:35 pm the victim was walking with a friend in the 3200 block of Delachaise Street. At that time they observed two unknown black males with guns. Both the victim and his friend began to run away as the suspects fired at that them. The victim was struck in his right forearm and torso. The suspects fled in an unknown direction making good their escape.
Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 5’6” 19 to 23 years old, last seen wearing all black clothing, armed with a silver and black semi-automatic handgun.
Suspect #2 is described as a black
