On November 13, 2010, members of the First District Narcotics Unit arrested Michael Alphonse, B/M, 1/14/1996, and James Mitchell, B/M, 3/30/1994, for narcotics violations. Both subjects were seated in the bleachers at Comisky Park, at Baudin Street and South Clark, rolling a blunt. Detectives exited their vehicle, and both subjects fled. Both subjects were apprehended, and found to be in possession of 14 bags of marijuana. Michael Alphonse was charged Possession with the Intent to Distribute a marijuana14. grams, and Flight from and Officer. James Mitchell was charged with Possession of marijuana, 8.2 grams, and Flight from an Officer. Thirty four dollars was seized from Michael Alphonse.
