New Orleans/>/> Police Seeking Two Unknown Suspects for Shoplifting

New Orleans/>/> - The New Orleans Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating and identifying two unknown suspects wanted in connection with a shoplifting.  The offense occurred October 30, 2010, approximately 10:20 A.M., inside of The Family Dollar Store located at 4525 Old Gentilly Road.

According to investigators, the suspects entered the store at which time the male suspect was observed concealing packs of deodorant into his pants while the female was at the end of the aisle acting as the look out person.  An employee who observed the male suspect concealing the merchandise told him to put the packs of deodorant back.  The suspect put back three packs of deodorant and fled bumping into the employee.  The employee stated the female assisted the suspect by getting in her way as she attempted to stop the suspects exiting the store.

The suspects were captured on the stores security surveillance system.  Pictures of the suspects are attached to this press release.
