Police responded to an aggravated battery by shooting on November 7, 2010 in the 1600 Block of N. Broad under K-08397-10. TASHON SANCHELL B/M 4/9/77, was arrested for this incident. The perpetrator believed he was being followed Upon entering the 1600 block of North Broad he pulled to the side of the road . Believing his life to be in danger, he fired a handgun into a yellow Trans Am to his left and wounded his intended target, The victim was struck in the right upper arm.
