Gun Arrest - July 21, 2010 Update

On July 21, 2010 James Frank, Earl Platt and Dwayne Carr were arrested in the 2400 block of Aubry Street by First District Officers for possession of narcotics and firearms Under NOPD Item G-30060-10  Due to the excellent investigation by the arresting officers all three subjects were Federally indicted for being felons in possessions of firearms.  There will possibly be a superseding indictment for the narcotics once the crime lab testing is completed.
