The incident took place October 31, 2010 at 3:38 A.M., at Dauphine and Iberville Streets.

Wanted Subject: African-American Male, mid 30s in age, 5’8” in height, dark complexion with a small to medium build around 165 to 170 pounds. He was wearing gold framed Aviator type sunglasses with black lenses, possibly one diamond stud earring in each ear, button down collared peach short sleeve shirt, blue jeans, light colored alligator boots. He was driving a black colored 4 door SUV.

GIST: The subject was driving on

Dauphine Street

/>yelling and harassing pedestrians. At the intersection of Dauphine/>/> and Iberville Streets, the subject stepped out of the driver’s seat and started a verbal fight with the victim. The verbal altercation escalated when the victim and perpetrator became physical. During the physical encounter the subject stabbed the victim with an unknown sharp object. During the confrontation the perpetrator was scratched and hit about the face and upper torso. The perpetrator may have sustained scratch wounds or bruises along the face, neck and upper torso.
