Suspect Arrested For Simple Rape
New Orleans, The New Orleans Police Department arrested 46-year-old Steven Rehage for Simple Rape. The offense occurred June 21, 2010, at approximately 10:00 p.m., in the 1100 block of City Park Avenue.
According to investigators, the victim met the suspect at a restaurant for dinner and engaged in conversation and consumed alcoholic beverages with the suspect. They later relocated to another location where they continued to consume alcoholic beverages and where the victim believes she blacked out. She further stated that when she had her next recollection the suspect had sexually assaulted her.
Arrested: 46-year-old Steven Rehage.
Arrested for: Simple Rape.
Steven Rehage turned himself in to authorities early this morning at Police Headquarters and was booked accordingly.
