J-41684-10 - Theft 3300 Block of Grand Route St.John

On October 31, 2010 at approximately 12:30 am, the victim stated a halloween decoration was stolen from outside his residence. The decoration was a fake skeleton, 5 feet tall and made of plastic. The incident was captured on surveillance video which shows a dark colored vehicle pull along side the victim's house, near the skeleton. A white male, 16-17 years of age exited the vehicle and took the skeleton. He then fled the area in the dark vehicle.
