Aggravated assault
On November 03,2010 at approximately 10:18PM Officers of the First District responded to a report of an aggravated assault, with a firearm in the 1800 block of Annette St.
The officers poke with the victim who stated that at approximately 10:00pm he was visiting a female friend in the 1800 block of Annette St. The victim stated as he attempted to leave the residence a known person in a silver Toyota camry attempted to block him in. The victim stated he returned a short time later to the intersection of Annette and N. Derbigny so he could watch to see who was visiting his female friend. At which time the victim stated he was approached by the same black male later identified as George Robertson B/M,10/11/1960. The victim stated Mr. Robertson produced a pistol and fired at least two shots at him, striking the windsheild of his work van which he was sitting in. The victim relocated to St. Bernard and Miro where he called and waited for the police.
Officers and Detectives of the First District observed two bullet holes in the windsheild.
The victim stated the perpetrator lived next door to his female friend. A positive Identification was made via a show up.
