Last night my husband and I were driving home from a golf tournament and on Hwy 90 B just getting in to Westwego by Jake auto salvage, there was a black male laying in the middle of the expressway with 3 females crying & screaming trying to move him. We thought the guy wa dead. My husband runs over there to try to help move the guy (we thought he wa dead)...a car comes barreling through and nearly hits him! Guy was stinking drunk! Called 911 and we left.
