Responding to a residential burglar alarm call on 4900 Louisa, officer met with keyholder, and observed an open window, while being advised by the dispatcher that the alarm company was still detecting motion on the inside of the house. Additional units have now arrived, and K9 has been requested, as it appears that the perp. is refusing to step outside. !fullalert
